A former professional dancer with Feld Ballet, she gained a deep understanding of the connection between nutrition and peak performance. A healthy lifestyle was a necessity and at the same time a daily struggle to maintain. This frustration sparked an interest in food that eventually turned into a passion for bringing ideas into reality.
A trained operatic soprano, and San Francisco native, a co-conspirator in these tasty creations. She started her career in New York as a fashion designer. She later channeled this same creativity into artisanal food creations at a premiere vegan restaurant in Los Angeles. The dream of bringing the food to a broader audience led Margeaux and Linda to join forces and create Margeaux and Linda's Vegan Kitchen in 2012. A lineup of ready to eat vegan food.
